A Cowboy's Life: Not Your Ordinary Weiner

Not Your Ordinary Weiner

I have been compensated for this post by Hillshire Brands through the Mom it Forward Blogger Network but opinions are 100% my own. #bringhillshirehome

People say size doesn't matter, but when it comes to hot dogs it certainly does! No one likes a hot dog that isn't bun size. That's one of the reason we always eat Ball Park Bun Size franks. They are also a good source of protein and is perfect for my picky little eater.

Ingredients needed:
Ball Park franks by Hillshire Brands
Hot Dog buns
Chopped onions
Chopped pickles
Chopped dill
Sliced cherry tomatoes
Shredded cheese
Bacon (optional)
Butter

In large pot, boil hot dogs until heated through. Then fry the hot dogs in a tbsp of butter until they brown. While those are frying, butter and toast the buns. Once the hot dogs are nice and brown, place them in the buns and add on as much toppings as you like.

This is the perfect dinner to enjoy with friends and family while spending a day watching football.
