A Cowboy's Life: It's Boots and Chaps

It's Boots and Chaps

Bull riding, bareback, calf roping, steer wrestling and barrels oh my! These are just a few events that took place at the North Texas High School Rodeo Finals a few weeks back in Fort Worth. Our son always talks about watching bull riding, so we thought he would love to see a few more events other than just the bulls. Of course this rodeo did not disappoint!

Here's a glimpse of the action:
We always have a great time visiting the Historic Will Rogers Coliseum...This night was no exception. Carson loved for the horses to speed by and "splash dirt up on him!"

  1. This looks like so much fun! Your little guy is adorable. Do y'all live in Texas? We are in Mississippi, and as much as we love it, we dream of living somewhere else someday just for the experience. Texas is on our "possible states" list!
