Everyone has that one crazy Aunt. You know, the fun one that will let you eat or do just about anything you want. Get you all hyper and wild, then send you home to parents. Well, I am proud to be that Aunt! Known to always have a pack of gum and slip a piece to my nieces and nephews when they are in trouble by their parents - instantly makes them feel better! So I thought it would only be fitting for me to make a gum wreath to decorate my front door for Spring.
When I am out buying groceries at Walmart, I make sure to stock up on gum for the house and to keep a pack in my purse. Grab a couple of Extra® Gum 35-stick packages (they come in Spearmint and Polar Ice® flavors) from the checkout line. I prefer this larger packaging because there is plenty of gum to share with others - Give Extra, Get Extra! The packaging is made with durable, recycled materials, meaning the package stays closed and you no longer have to search at the bottom of your purse for gum. It’s a win, win.
To make the wreath you will need:
1 Wreath
1 Flower or Bow
2 Packs of Extra® Gum Spearmint
Hot Glue and Gun

Directions:
Hot glue one piece of gum at a time to the wreath until the wreath is covered.
Next, glue a piece of gum in between the pieces to fill in the gaps so that the wreath is not showing. In the middle of the wreath add the flower (or bow) and hot glue to keep in secure.
Hang on the door and enjoy!

Have you tried the new Extra® 35-pack Gum? Do you make crafts with candy or gum?
