Can you believe Summer is just a few weeks away?! I am looking forward to lazy days by the pool, picnics at the park and lots of fishing with my son. But that also means that I need to look my best if I am going to be spending a few months in a bathing suit, shorts and sleeveless shirts.

To get me Summer ready, I have been hitting the gym each morning and doing some sort of physical activity in the afternoon with my son. All this work is bound to pay off! To help me get through the day and energized enough to keep up with a busy four year old I have been starting my morning off by making me this Powdered Peanut Butter Green Smoothie.
To make the Powdered Peanut Butter Green Smoothie you will need: 
2 tsp Jif™ Peanut Powder
1 cup vanilla Oikos Triple Zero Greek Nonfat Yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
2 cups spinach

Add all the ingredients into your blender.
Blend on high.
Pour into glass and enjoy!
