My son is 5 going on 16. He wants to make all the decisions and gets extremely frustrated when things don’t always go his way. So on nights when I am making a meal that I know my picky eater will not eat more than 2 bites, I let him chose what he wants for dinner. You would think he won the lottery or something! We open the freezer and he can chose from one of the many Kidfresh Frozen Meals I keep stock piled.
*For a limited time at Kroger and Kroger family of stores you can save at least 15% off the everyday retail price at Kroger!
Why chose Kidfresh:
Hidden Veggies + Best in Kids Nutrition - Made with up to 1/2 cup hidden veggies in every meal!
Convenience + Relief for Busy Moms - Simple to prepare and reading in about 4 minutes.
Trust and Credibility - Created with the help of a top chef and a pediatric nutritionist & have a great taste that kids love.

These meals taste great, have hidden veggies in every bite and my son will eat every last bite. He got to pick what he wanted for dinner and ate his veggies - it’s a win, win. To make these dinners a little more special, we made a couple personalized plates that he can use on such occasions.
Here is what you need to make a personalized plate:
  • Ceramic plate
  • Acrylic paint (Be sure to use non-toxic, food safe paint)
  • Sharpie
  • Paintbrush
Directions:
  1. Wash and dry plate.
  2. Using the paintbrush, paint designs onto the plate.
  3. Set plate on baking pan.
  4. lace in oven and bake for 30 minutes at 250 degrees.
  5. Take the plate out of the oven and set aside until completely cool.
  6. Hand wash plate and it is ready to use.
These plates are great keepsakes and they will love to show everyone what they created!
What do you do to make dinners easy and fun?

  1. I always used to make keepsake plates as gifts for family when I was little! My grandmother still has a plate I made when I was 7! This is a fun project and the Kidfresh meals are perfect for my picky eater! #client
