I LOVE me some Mexican food. It’s easy to make and there are so many different variety of recipes and ingredients that I never get tired of it. I do however get tired of cooking. So it’s nice to keep a few frozen meals in the freezer and then I all I have to do is whip up a side dish.
Mondays are our busiest night of the week and to make things easier & less stressful we usually eat a frozen meal. This past week I heated up Frontera® Frozen Bowls and made my favorite white spinach queso to go along with it. I especially enjoy the Chicken Fajita Bowl which is made with fire-roasted poblanos, chipotle chiles and rice. Another favorite of mine is the Tinga Taco Bowl, an authenic recipe made with roasted tomatoes, chipotle chile and slow-simmered chicken.

They have four flavors to choose from:
  • Frontera® Chicken Fajita Bowl
  • Frontera® Tinga Taco Bowl
  • Frontera® Barbacoa Taco Bowl
  • Frontera® Veggie Taco Bowl
